Extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable experience. We walked into the store as a family later in the evening. There were no other customers inside. The employee saw us enter and, under his breath, said βIndiansβ in a clearly derogatory and racist manner. We had done absolutely nothing to warrant that kind of treatment. We were polite and respectful throughout our entire visit, despite being made to feel unwelcome the moment we walked through the door. It is disturbing that a customer can walk into this business with their family and immediately be reduced to their ethnicity by an employee. No paying customer should have to wonder whether they are being treated differently simply because of their race or background. This was blatant, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. Management should take this seriously and address how their employees speak about and treat customers. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this establishment, particularly to other Indian families or anyone who expects to be treated with basic dignity and respect.

Amazing boba and prices. I personally prefer the Vietnamese and the Thai tea. My go to place for boba!

Tried the caramel frappe at NU Ice in Houston and it was soooo good! π Super creamy, rich flavor, and not overly sweet at allβjust perfect. You can really taste the caramel without it being too sugary. Definitely a refreshing treat and Iβll be coming back for more! 10/10 recommend!

Nu Ice & Drinks is definitely one of the best spots to stop by for boba tea! They also offer shaved ice cream, which is just as delicious. One of my personal favorites here is the Taro Milk Tea, itβs perfectly sweet and always hits the spot. Their menu has an incredible variety of drinks, so thereβs always something new to try. The customer service is excellent, and the staff is consistently quick when it comes to preparing drinks. Iβve never had to wait long, which makes the experience even better.

After having dinner at Happy Lamb and their disappointing dessert, we ended up here to satisfy our sweet craving. I got the hill size Nutella with mango boba and lychee jelly and it was delicious. Size was huge which is my only complaint. Even though it says itβs for one person, its almost impossible for 1 person to finish so much of it. I wish they would have smaller and more practical size options. Service was very good. The place is in a very busy complex and finding parking can be sometimes very challenging specially rush hours or weekends. I liked the fact that they have a dedicated to-go parking spot.
